Sydney Harbour Bridge

One of the most imposing and famous man made structures in Australia is the Sydney Harbor Bridge. A nickname for the bridge due to its shape is the "Coathanger." Cars, trains, bicycles, and pedestrians are able to cross. The bridge is over a kilometer long. Construction on it began in 1923 and was completed in 1932.
